Our 65 years of History With Hollywood
For more than 65 years Alfonso’s of Hollywood has been handcrafting the very finest in gun leather products. We have created exquisitely tooled and carved leather gun holsters for celebrities and collectors. We provide the finest custom fitted gun belts, holsters, and knife scabbards for sportsmen. The Hollywood film industry has relied on Alfonso’s to create beautifully crafted replicas of antique leather gun belts and holsters for Western movies.
Our founder Alfonso Pineda settled in California in 1959 where he found a job in the Property Department at Universal Studios in Hollywood. It was there that he first met Arvo Ojala, the designer of the popular Hollywood Fast Draw Holster. Alfonso was soon working for Ojala, producing Hollywood Fast Draw Holsters.

Omar P.
My roots trace back to the vibrant neighborhoods of North Hollywood and Toluca Lake during the 1960s.
Educated at Rio Vista and Toluca Lake grammar schools, I graduated from Belmont High in LA. Pursuing my passion,
I completed a 2-year program in Graphic Arts at LATTC and obtained a BS degree in accounting from Cal State LA. In 1995,
I inherited the legacy of Alfonso Pineda, my late father and the visionary founder of Alfonso of Hollywood Leather. Since
then, I’ve upheld our family’s tradition, catering to the Motion Picture and Television Industry, the Law Enforcement
Community, and discerning individuals from all walks of life.
